The property market in Scotland, explained, analysed and unwrapped by one of the country's top experts
Country Life is hosting a live event on Instagram with Evelyn Channing of Savills — and we're inviting all our readers to submit questions.

The unparalleled upheaval in the property market in recent times has left a lot of us with burning questions — lots of them. Help is at hand, however, as Country Life will be talking live to one of Savills' top property experts, Evelyn Channing, to try to cut through the noise. The live chat will take place at 6pm on Monday 24th August at Country Life's Instagram page, @countrylifemagazine.
Evelyn grew up on a family farm in Fife, but is now Director of Rural Property at the Edinburgh office of Savills, and is regarded as one of Scotland's most trusted experts on farms and estates. She'll be talking to Country Life's executive editor Giles Kime about the current property market in Scotland, how things have changed amid the upheaval of 2020, and offering advice to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property right now.
To submit a question, simply email asktheagent@futurenet.com and we'll put your question to Evelyn on Monday. And don't forget to make a note to tune in @countrylifemagazine on the day itself.
