Menorca marina development
The first development of front-line property in Menorca's capital for 20 years begins this month

The first major front-line harbour development in Menorca’s capital for 20 years is set to begin this month
Set directly in front of the berths of Marina Menorca, and due for completion in 2010, the Edificio Marina development is made up of 48 apartments which range in price from €490,000 to €590,000.
Every apartment is 75m² with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private sun terrace. Some of the properties feature a magnificent 60m² rooftop solarium and a private pool and car parking spaces are also available.
Colin Guanaria, founding partner of selling agents Bonnin Sanso, says: ‘The location, spec and stature of these apartments will ensure they become one of the most sought after addresses on the island and they are ideal for a main residence, holiday home or investment opportunity.’

Country Life is unlike any other magazine: the only glossy weekly on the newsstand and the only magazine that has been guest-edited by HRH The King not once, but twice. It is a celebration of modern rural life and all its diverse joys and pleasures — that was first published in Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee year. Our eclectic mixture of witty and informative content — from the most up-to-date property news and commentary and a coveted glimpse inside some of the UK's best houses and gardens, to gardening, the arts and interior design, written by experts in their field — still cannot be found in print or online, anywhere else.
