The Old Mill is a very attractive Grade II listed former mill house with a separate cottage and winery near Down St Mary in Devon. The Old Mill sits in a beautiful part of Mid Devon in the River Yeo Valley just to the north west of Crediton, half a mile from Down St Mary. Exeter is 15 miles.
