Georgian house in Billingshurst
This pretty Grade II listed Georgian house lies in the heart of Billingshurst village

Botterels is believed to have been built in the early 19th Century and has a classic Georgian façade. Colourwashed elevations are relieved by 5 wide, original sash windows, with the whole being sheltered beneath a pitched, clay tiled roof.
Elevated above the High Street and surprisingly quiet, this elegant family house retains an abundance of original feature.
The house has four bedrooms, a large cellar and a summerhouse in the walled garden.
It has been the home of Mike and Gill Jordan for the past 24 years. 'It's a Georgian gem of a property in an idyllic location next to St. Mary's Church. Living here has been wonderful as has being able to walk to the local shops which are on the doorstep. We will be sad to leave our lovely little house and will particularly miss the pealing of the church bells.'
