Devon former watermill
A well restored five bedroom listed former watermill in Devon has landscaped gardens with a series of ponds, a lake, swimming pool, paddock and woodland

Rock Mill is a charming period East Devon property which is listed Grade II and has been lovingly restored. Originally built as a flour mill, the original wheel is still in place and turns when the water is channelled to it. More recently the property was a fish farm but the ponds have now been landscaped into the garden and the house restored as a family home.
The house and Mill are built of stone under part-thatched and part-tiled roofs. Originally the Mill and Mill house, they have been cleverly combined to create a fascinating five bedroom house with accommodation over three different levels.
Accommodation in total comprises: hall, drawing room, dining room, fully fitted kitchen and breakfast room, wine room, conservatory, first floor sitting area and office, as well as five bedrooms. There is around 3,800 sq ft of living space in the house, which has been used as a very successful holiday let.
