British property in the UAE
Hamptons International is launching a ‘Best of British’ campaign designed to take the very best of British property directly to overseas buyers across the affluent UAE region

The ‘Best of British’ initiative aims to give clients the opportunity to market their properties directly to an international audience actively looking to buy in the UK.
‘Best of British’ will take some of the UK’s country houses to ready buyers. The initiative launches in Dubai on April 15 with a gala evening in aid of The Prince’s Trust, with HRH Prince Michael as the guest of honour. The launch event will be held at The Address Hotel in downtown Burj, Dubai, and will help to raise much needed funds for disadvantaged young people.
The participating properties will then be showcased in an exhibition taking place in Dubai between April 16 and 18. At the event, prospective buyers will be able to view an exclusive range of UK properties and obtain first-hand advice from Hamptons’ UK investor team.
The showcase in Dubai is then followed by a second exhibition at ‘Cityscape’ in Abu Dhabi, which runs between April 19 and 22.
Niki Gifford, Marketing & PR Director, Hamptons International said, 'The UK is an incredibly attractive proposition at the moment for overseas investors who are keen to capitalize on the economic conditions and invest in the best for less. The ‘Best of British’ campaign is designed to connect UK customers with ready buyers across some of the most prominent Countries in the UAE; providing an innovative new way to market property during challenging times.'
