A fantastic Cornish beach has come onto the market to be auctioned next month. Gwithian beach in Cornwall is set to go under the hammer at Colliers CRE auction house on 13 July. Totalling 71 acres of sands and five acres of dunes on the Cornish Riviera, the sale is an unusual one.

The guide price for the land is £50,000, but offers are expected to far exceed this low estimate despite the fact that there isn’t planning permission to build on the land, which is a wonderful stretch of beach, well known for surfing, just eight miles from Penzance.
