Average property prices fell in November
The latest Government figures found house prices falling to a two year low last November

The cost of the UK average home fell to a two-year low last November, following a according to the latest report from the Department of Communities and Local Government .
The average UK house now costs £199,732, taking prices back to levels not seen since November 2006 when the typical house cost £199,238.
Northern Ireland saw the greatest price falls again, with prices dropping by 16.2% year-on-year. House prices in Wales fell by 10.1% dive, and by 8.7% in England. The average house price in Scotland dropped less, by just 3.9%. The depth of the drop in prices also increased quarter-on-quarter. There was a 4.4% drop in house prices in the quarter leading to November, compared with a 3.6% fall in the quarter ending in August.
