Don't miss the Last Night of the Proms 2013
This Saturday don't miss out on the finale of the Proms 2013

This Saturday Marin Alsop will be leading the celebrated Last Night festivities of the Proms 2013. She is the first ever woman in Proms history to conduct the famous finale to the two month festival.
She will be conducting the BBC Symphony Orchestra through a programme of music that provides much variety with both traditional and new music.
Nigel Kennedy and Joyce DiDonato will be performing a range of popular pieces such as Over the Rainbow and Danny Boy. Work of Wagner and Britten will also be performed during the finale as well as the work of featured composers Williams and Bantock.
Coverage starts at 7.30pm on Saturday 7th September. Highlights of the Last Night performances around the country, such as the celebration in Hyde Park, will be included as part of the live coverage on BBC One, BBC Two, and BBC Radio 3, while digital TV viewers can choose to watch the Royal Albert Hall.
