Next up in our Christmas rehoming campaign with Dogs Trust is beautiful Jack the collie.
The sixth dog looking for a loving new home is five year old Jack the collie who came to Dogs Trust when his owners could no longer care for him.
Although a little shy and more comfortable in quiet environments, Jack is very affectionate, loves to greet people as they come into the rehoming centre and is a firm favourite of the Dogs Trust team.
Dogs Trust Ilfracombe say, ‘Jack is a sweet boy who finds the world a bit scary sometimes so is looking for a quiet, adult only home where he can relax.
‘He is a little shy when he first encounters new situations or meets new people but when he has a chance to settle he’s a very sweet, friendly boy.
‘He likes to go for quiet walks and then settle down on a comfy bed. He is housetrained, loves to ask for a biscuit and enjoys watching sport on the television!’
Jack is looking for patient owners who can take the time to help him settle down in preferably an adult-only home.
If you think you could be the perfect family for gorgeous Jack then please get in touch with Dogs Trust Ilfracombe on 01271 812 709 or pay him a visit at Hazledene, West Down, Ilfracombe, North Devon, EX34 8NU.
