Silver for Team GB in team eventing
The GB Eventing team takes silver at the Olympic Games in Greenwich as Mary King misses out on an individual medal and Zara Phillips is placed eighth individually

The British eventing team have taken the silver medal at the Olympic games 2012. Germany held their title by taking the gold, while New Zealand took bronze.
The Germans won the competition with 133.70 points, ahead of Great Britain with 138.20, New Zealand with 144.40 and Sweden with 148.40.
A tense showjumping competition saw Mark Todd and Zara Phillips have a fence down each, but Mary King went double clear, as did William Fox Pitt, who was first out this morning. Tina Cook jumped clear with just one time penalty.
Two British riders just missed the medals in the individual competition: Mary King and Tina Cook both had fences down in the second round which meant the indivdual medals went to: Michael Jung for Germant, Sweden's Sara Algotsson Ostholt won silver and another German - Sandra Auffarth - took bronze while Mary was fifth and Tina came sixth, while Zara came eighth.
