According to American media reports, the most expensive house in the US has been launched on the market.
The late TV producer Aaron Spelling’s mansion in Los Angeles is now for sale with a $150-million price tag. Located in the exclusive Holmby Hills neighbourhood, the mansion has 56,500sq ft of interior space and 4.6 acres of land.
Known as The Manor, it reportedly has about 100 rooms, including a bowling alley, a gym and a ‘gift-wrapping room’.
