Gravetye Manor lunch and garden tour
Country Life is hosting a luncheon and garden tour at the beautiful Gravetye Manor in West Sussex in May

Gravetye Manor, the multi-award-winning hotel and restaurant in the heart of the West Sussex countryside, is the glorious setting for an exclusive Country Life readers' luncheon and garden tour, on May 6. Hosted by the Editor Mark Hedges and Gardens Editor Kathryn Bradley-Hole, in the company of Tom Coward, Gravetye Manor's head gardener (and regular contributor to Country Life), our luncheon is timed for the moment when the famous 130-year-old gardens burgeon with blossoms and spring bulbs.
Tea and coffee will be offered when guests arrive at 11am, before the garden tour begins at 11.30am. At 1pm, Pol Roger Champagne will be served before the three-course luncheon commences. Tickets cost £95 per person: telephone 01342 810567 or email events@gravetyemanor.co.uk, advising of dietary requirements or accessibility queries. Directions will be sent out prior to the event. Places are limited, so booking is essential.
Gravetye is also offering Reader Day guests a special price on accommodation for one or two nights before or after the event. To book, telephone 01342 810567 and quote ‘Country Life Reader Day'.
