An opportunity to learn more about breeding alpacas, and even take one home of your own, is taking place at Morden Hall in Hertfordshire this Sunday, September 11 from 10.30am to 4pm.
Over the last few months Morden Hall, which has 15 years of experience in alpaca farming, has been implementing a plan to reduce the size of their herd, which means they will be offering some exceptional opportunities for people seeking to purchase alpacas on the Open Day. There will be some lovely alpacas for sale – prices will be even more attractive than usual, and sales will be on a first-come first-served basis.
There will be brief presentations on alpaca farming at 12 and 2.00pm.

If you want to get an early view of the sale animals, book a preview appointment with Peter or Janet Garner. Preview appointments are available from 9am – 10.30am on 11 September. Sales will begin from 10.30am – to book a preview appointment, please call 01763 853197.
In addition, there will be alpaca clothing, pillows and duvets for sale, plus information on keeping alpacas, and introductory courses on keeping alpacas at half price.
