Alpaca open day on September 11

If you love alpacas, or alpaca products, or if you’ve ever dreamed of taking one home, visit Morden Hall in Hertfordshire this weekend

An opportunity to learn more about breeding alpacas, and even take one home of your own, is taking place at Morden Hall in Hertfordshire this Sunday, September 11 from 10.30am to 4pm.

Over the last few months Morden Hall, which has 15 years of experience in alpaca farming, has been implementing a plan to reduce the size of their herd, which means they will be offering some exceptional opportunities for people seeking to purchase alpacas on the Open Day. There will be some lovely alpacas for sale - prices will be even more attractive than usual, and sales will be on a first-come first-served basis.

There will be brief presentations on alpaca farming at 12 and 2.00pm.

Country Life

Country Life is unlike any other magazine: the only glossy weekly on the newsstand and the only magazine that has been guest-edited by HRH The King not once, but twice. It is a celebration of modern rural life and all its diverse joys and pleasures — that was first published in Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee year. Our eclectic mixture of witty and informative content — from the most up-to-date property news and commentary and a coveted glimpse inside some of the UK's best houses and gardens, to gardening, the arts and interior design, written by experts in their field — still cannot be found in print or online, anywhere else.
