Tennis stars Andre Agassi and Stefanie Graf are helping to create a luxury 300-home five-star condominium hotel in Idaho. Fairmont Tamarack Resort, with five-star services by Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, including 24-hour concierge, indoor/outdoor pool, health spa, two restaurants and a business centre is 90 miles from Boise in the heart of Idaho's Payette River Mountains.

The studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses range from £367,000 to £1.5 million.

Agassi and Graf will be active in the planning and delivery of the design and overall lifestyle concept of the scheme, working closely with design team Wilson & Associates.

Andre Agassi, director of Agassi Graf Development, says: "Our vision at Fairmont Tamarack is to create an exceptional lifestyle offering that compliments the natural beauty and uniqueness of the wider resort.

"It is about bringing the highest standards of quality and luxury to whole resort experience. Stefanie and myself have played an integral role in the design of this project and it is a venture that ourselves and our joint venture partners are very proud and excited about." The architecture of Fairmont Tamarack is a contemporary take on the traditional ski lodge, with stone, render and timer beam facades, large windows and covered balconies.
