They have spent many a peaceful morning watching the sun rise over its expansive lawn - and the saltwater tidal meadows and water beyond. You're at home when you enter the sunny, open main living area filled with natural light. The living room is open to the kitchen, which leads to an architect-designed, nautically inspired sunroom crowned by a beautiful palladium window, overlooking a nature refuge for aquatic and migrating birds and a pageantry of sunrises and awe-inspiring moons - with access to the terrace for alfresco dining, or morning coffee. The main level includes a large primary suite and a full bath, which can also serve as a guest room. The second floor, with nice water views, provides another primary suite option, plus bedrooms 3 and 4. Summer seasons are packed with events reminiscent of a bygone era: imagine the little ones riding bikes, playing at the beach, ice cream sundae parties, bingo nights, movies on the beach, crafts, golf cart bicycle parades, and walking to the nearby little general store for shopping items you forgot or enjoy a legacy of great chef-prepared food!
