Today, the facility functions as an activity center and bed & breakfast, perfect for those who want to experience both the location and the unique charm of the building. The entrance level welcomes visitors with a reception area featuring a lounge and a fireplace. From the reception, the dining room with its open fireplace and large windows facing the terrace with a wide view of the tranquil forest is immediately visible. A fully equipped professional kitchen provides all the possibilities to serve visitors delicious meals. Two larger halls with impressive ceiling heights are available for dining, conferences, or simply gathering to enjoy the surroundings through large windows. There is room for both large and small groups with 16 individual rooms and a total of 36 beds. The facility consists of three interconnected buildings linked by larger common rooms. On the upper floor, each building has three bedrooms with a shared living room and bathroom. Each upper section has its own entrance from both outside and inside and can therefore be used as individual apartments.

Under the house, you will find a basement with storage and three "multrum" (composting toilets) with tanks for the sewage system, a system with good hygienic comfort and the ability to circulate nutrients to the gardens. There is also a geothermal heat pump which, together with solar collectors and a wood-burning stove in the kitchen, generates hot water. Additionally, there are ample storage possibilities and an area with a sand floor, which is part of the ventilation system and contributes to maintaining appropriate humidity levels in the building.

At the highest point of the property stand three wind turbines. Together with solar panels on the buildings and the property, and battery packs, they supply the houses with sustainable energy. Two large greenhouses and open areas on the lower part of the property provide plenty of space for cultivation. Interconnected ponds at different levels purify the greywater from the house and form a very efficient system. There is ample parking for visitors near the house. Near the greenhouses, there are also parking spaces for several RVs and a dumping station.
