Named for the noble family who once resided in it, Csáky Palace is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to purchase an aristocratic manor that stands on a central square in Bratislava's Old Town.

Csáky Palace is a listed national cultural monument. Built in 1775 in a Baroque style by the architect Matthias Walch, it also showcases elements of Classicism. Facing St. Martin's Cathedral, the manor has four wings (one of which faces the square) and an interior courtyard. A lovely arched passageway leads to the back tract.

The palace's wings are connected by interior staircases and have retained their period courtyard balconies and terraces. The courtyard is large enough to provide parking for 10 cars. Over the last decade, the entire property has been renovated several times. It is now fully rewired and has an internet connection and new water and sewerage mains.
