Much of the wood used for the construction comes from the old stable that once stood on the site.

The architecture is typical of the local rural tradition.

Isospan, an innovative and sustainable brick was used for the construction.

Natural lime on the walls, glass, iron and plenty of wood. Facades built by reusing the original stones of the old stable.

100% sustainable, thanks to the heat pump and photovoltaic panels with two batteries.

The roof is made of cement and special black tiles that recall those typical of the place

and are perfect for incorporating, hiding them to the sight, the photovoltaic panels.

Floorings in resinated concrete, and wood floors in the six bedrooms.

Ancient, exposed beams, six bathrooms, underfloor heating. Innovative outdoor wellness area with sauna.
