The building has been finely renovated between 1997 and 1998, preserving its rustic appearance but adding refined details that make it cozy and warm. EXTERIORS
The property covers a total area of 17.6 hectares (44.0 acres) spread over the rolling hills surrounding Torrita di Siena and Montepulciano. Most of the property is covered in arable land (13.7 ha) with small plots of woodland (3.4 ha). The open land is suitable if one wants to plant vineyards and other crops typical of the area.
