Designed by one of the most renowned Czech architects still working today—Josef Pleskot—this award-winning house is surrounded by stately villas from the 1930s. Like them, it showcases a forward-thinking style and the most modern materials.

The residence has a total of four floors, all connected by an elevator. The social zone on the ground floor consists of a central dining room with a kitchen on one side and living room on the other, a study, and a guest toilet.
