Simple Supper: Cheese and Tomato Croissants

Two good large croissants Emmental cheese Two tomatoes

Method Slice the croissants lengthways and stuff with cheese and sliced tomato. Place in a hot oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese has begun to melt.
