Halloween roasted pumpkin seeds
These delicious, simple treats are not only nutritious, but also fun to make once the pumpkin has been hollowed out, finds Flora Howard

Ingredients
Seeds from one pumpkin Sea salt
Method Preheat the oven to 150ºC Separate the seeds from any flesh and rinse under a running tap. Place the seeds on a baking tray - in a single layer - and sprinkle with sea salt. Dry roast for 30 minutes until the seeds should be crunchy.
