Come to the Country Life kitchen in London this April, and enjoy beautiful, seasonal produce and wonderful wines for an evening of culinary delight

The Country Life Kitchen is a pop up dining experience taking place in London on April 15 and 16 at Pitfield near Old Street.

The event will feature former River Cottage head chef Tim Maddams cooking one of the dishes himself in front of our guests; Pitfield London is an eclectic emporium of contemporary homewares and vintage curiosities owned by interior designer Shaun Clarkson - an ideal place to come together to celebrate local, seasonal food and cooking.
Chef Tim Maddams has created a menu especially for the event that reflects his passion for seasonal, local and wild ingredients.

Seasonal canapés Rabbit broth, wild garlic, smoked saddle, pearled spelt, alexander yoghurt Beef brisket, nettle puree, cockles, three-cornered leeks Slow-cooked rhubarb crumble, geranium parfait, sheep sorrel
The vegetarian options are English Asparagus, Wild garlic, pearled spelt, alexander yoghurt, breadcrumbs (v) as an alternative to the rabbit and Nettle gnocchi, creamed seabeet, new onions, cave aged organic cheddar (v) as an alternative to the brisket.
