Rodić Davidson was established in 2006. The Practice, led by directors, Ben Davidson and Sinisa Rodić, has worked on historic building interventions where its has balanced design rigour, heritage constraints and commercial drivers.

The Practice works with private clients and professional developers across three core project categories: new buildings in locations of historical or natural interest; refurbishments and extensions for existing or historic buildings; and adaptive reuse.

Rodić Davidson is based in Bloomsbury, but has experience working across a wide range of contexts and legislative frameworks. Their portfolio includes Grade 1 listed buildings, Grade II* listed townhouses and apartments in Westminster, Camden, and Kensington, and & Chelsea to new builds and converted barns and country houses in Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Sussex the Cotswolds and other areas of the English countryside.

The practice’s strong track record securing estate management, planning and listed building consents in sensitive or logistically complex locations has empowered them to refurbish and revive some of the finest residences in central London, and to make their own contributions to architectural history with a programme of newbuild and restoration work extending across Britain.

Rodić Davidson is a RIBA Chartered practice and has many long-term, repeat clients come from personal recommendations from clients, who have remarked upon their commitment to excellence in terms of both design and management.

The practice conducts extensive documentary research and architectural analysis to ensure a productive, complementary relationship with their surroundings; and the best functional, aesthetic, and financial outcome for the client. From Sartor House on Carlyle Square to Brandsby Hall In Yorkshire, their portfolio is the material manifestation of their commitment to considered, contextual design and iterative dialogue at all stages of the design, planning and construction process.
