Exquisite houses, the beauty of Nature, and how to get the most from your life, straight to your inbox.
CPF act purely for the buyer and are truly independent buying agents, acting discreetly and with integrity at all times. They have built fantastic relationships with all of the local and national estate agents but, as they are not directly linked to any of the estate agents, they are also able to provide truly independent advice to their clients.
Whether you are looking for a second home, village or town property, country house, farm or equestrian property, they can assist with your search.
Time efficient
CPF save you time and wasted journeys. They can introduce you to properties both off market and available on the open market. They carry out the initial viewings and negotiations on their clients behalf and assist with the purchase through to exchange of contracts, completion and beyond if required.
Well connected
Being well connected in the area means they are able to introduce their clients to an extensive black book of local professionals such as solicitors, surveyors, architects, interior designers, tradespeople etc.
Highly recommended
CPF are very proud that the majority of their work comes through personal and professional recommendations. Their aim is to make the buying process as efficient, enjoyable and stress-free as possible for all their clients.
Why Cotswold Property Finder?
They love what they do and are passionate about property. They always place huge importance on communication and have built up a reputation for being straight-talking, personable, efficient and team players.
Their inbuilt tenacity means they leave no stone unturned, whilst at the same time being affable, approachable and understanding of their clients’ particular needs and circumstances.
They take time to get to know each and every client and this ultimately makes the search much more efficient moving forward.
Living in the patch they cover means they have a sound knowledge and experience of key factors such as schooling, transport links, local amenities and facilities.
If you would like to discuss your move to The Cotswold and surrounds further, Hannah will be delighted to assist and can be contacted on a no-obligation basis on 07833 431117 or hannah@cotswoldpropertyfinder.co.uk
Country Life is unlike any other magazine: the only glossy weekly on the newsstand and the only magazine that has been guest-edited by HRH The King not once, but twice. It is a celebration of modern rural life and all its diverse joys and pleasures — that was first published in Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee year. Our eclectic mixture of witty and informative content — from the most up-to-date property news and commentary and a coveted glimpse inside some of the UK's best houses and gardens, to gardening, the arts and interior design, written by experts in their field — still cannot be found in print or online, anywhere else.
