The ninth dog of Christmas...Benji

Benji came to the centre as a stray so may need some help and patience with house training

adopt a rescue dog - benji

The ninth dog in our rehoming series with Dogs Trust is lovely Benji who is hoping to find a new family this Christmas.

A good looking chap with a lot of character, Benji can sometimes be a bit shy of new people but with plenty of one-to-one training and positive interaction with his new family, his confidence is sure to grow.

He is a huge fan of long woodland walks and loves nothing more than playing with his toys so ideally he'd be looking for an active family home, preferably feline-free.

Benji came to the centre as a stray so may need some help and patience with house training, but he is a loveable boy who will make a fantastic companion.

He would be best as the only dog in the home as he prefers all the attention to himself, however the behaviour team at Dogs Trust Canterbury can help with future socialisation and training around other dogs.

If you think Benji is the dog for you, call Dogs Trust Canterbury on 0300 303 0292 or visit the website at www.dogstrust.org.uk
