To enter the prize draw, you need to be over 18 years old and living in the UK (excl. Channel Islands). Please provide your name and email address at the start of the survey. In case The Highgrove at Fortnum & Mason Hamper (worth £175) will become unavailable, a similar food hamper will be offered to the winner instead (same retailer, same value).
