AGA competition terms and conditions
Terms and conditions for Country Life's AGA competition

When you enter this competition, your email address will be added to the COUNTRY LIFE weekly newsletter. However, you will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from the email newsletter via the unsubscribe message in the email.
This competition is open to residents of UK mainland only aged 18 years or over, except employees of IPC Media Group (the Promoter), AGA Rangemaster Group plc (AGA), their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with this competition. Normal IPC competition rules apply and competition details form part of these terms and conditions. All entries must include a completed official entry form only available in COUNTRY LIFE issues dated April 1, April 8, April 15, April 22 and April 29, 2009 and in the spring School Life and online at www.countrylife.co.uk from May 1, 2009.
Entries should be submitted to the advertised postal address. All entries must be received by midnight May 31, 2009. The winner will be the first correct entry drawn at random. Late, illegible, incomplete or defaced entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties.The winner and runners-up will be notified by June 30, 2009. Winners will be confirmed in writing.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact a winner. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. If they cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random. Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.
The winning entrant will receive a new, limited-production Duck Egg Blue three-oven programmable gas or 13-AMP electric AGA (RRP Gas £8,340; 13-AMP £8,765). The prize includes standard assembly and installation in a suitably prepared location within mainland UK. Should the winner not wish to have their AGA in Duck Egg Blue, then an alternative colour can be chosen from the standard AGA palette. The three runners-up will each win a limited-production set of Duck Egg Blue cast-iron cookware worth £179.95.
The prizes as described are available on the date of publication. The prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. Winners of the main prize may be asked to be photographed and take part in publicity. By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. COUNTRY LIFE magazine is responsible for publishing this competition. Provision of the prizes is the responsibility of AGA Rangemaster Group plc.
The winners’ names and countries can be obtained by sending a sae to AGA CompetitionWinners, COUNTRY LIFE, IPC Media, 110, Southwark Street, London, SE1 0SU. Details will be available from June 30, 2009. The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions.
