Described as ?starchitectural? by Dr Cem Knay from O Property Collection (www.opropertycollection.com), the luxury villa collection launches on the 15 of November, featuring contemporary designs by Zaha Hadid and other top architects like Piero Lissoni, David Chipperfield, Shigeru Ban, Carl Ettensperger and Kengo Kuma.
The beach houses in varying sizes – from two-bed homes with expansive terraces and balconies to three-bed duplex penthouses measuring over 2,000 square feet ? will be arranged around a central pool surrounded by water areas. These include a relaxation pool, shallow water pool and a children?s pool interconnected by walkways for private beach access.
Every home will have unobstructed ocean views, according to Dr Knay, and will be fully serviced by the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. ?The only chore left to guests will be choosing a favourite home,? says Dr Knay.
The mixed-use project divided into ?lifestyle areas? will be constructed over the next three to five years by O Property Collection, dedicated to building in unique locations in Caribbean, Mediterranean and Asian markets.
