A new development of ski-in ski-out apartments in the popular French resort of Belle Plagne will be ready in time for Christmas next year.
Erna Low Property is selling 28 one and two-bed apartments spread over five storeys at Chalet Hotel Montalys, managed by the well-respected Montagnettes Group. The apartments will be fully furnished with fitted kitchens, spacious lounges and ski lockers with boot warmers.
Situated at an altitude of 2050 metres, Belle Plagne is one of the favoured destinations for British skiers out of the 10 villages and high-altitude resorts forming the ski area of La Plagne.
The resort is car free and has its own ESF ski school, bars, restaurants and shops. The La Plagne ski area offers 225 kilometres of pistes, and from Belle-Plagne, you can choose a gondola or two chairs lifts to access runs in all directions towards La Plagne, Montchavin and Les Coches.
To soothe aching muscles, a luxury spa with indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi and treatment rooms with in-house masseurs will be on site.
Apartments are for sale on the French leaseback scheme and investors will benefit from guaranteed rental returns of up to 3.75%.
Prices start at £203,292 for a fully-furnished one-bed apartment.
‘The Hotel Montalys ticks all the boxes ? a high altitude position in a superb skiing area, its location in a lively thriving and popular resort, high quality design and interiors and an excellent management company,’ says Bertie Sanderson, Erna Low’s director of marketing.
