An exhibition currently at the Museum of London until the end of the month examines the incredible festival atmosphere at London’s Frost Fairs, which took place when The Thames froze over around London Bridge between the 17th and the 19th centuries.
There were entertainers, elephants, food and drink stalls and many other weird and wonderful things, as you can see in this short video.
The exhibition is at the Museum of London until March 30. For further information please visit www.museumoflondon.org.uk.
