The Association of International Property Professionals‘ (AIPP) latest consumer guide and members directory is now available in hardcopy and online: How to Buy Overseas Property Safely: the consumer guide from the industry body is a free publication aimed solely at helping consumers protect themselves through the purchase process, by alerting them to potential pitfalls and highlighting key considerations when buying property internationally.
It’s packed with impartial advice to buyers of international property including the important ‘do’s and don’ts’ when buying a property overseas. The guide covers various topics including inspection trips, arranging finance, choosing what and where to buy, and the importance of independent legal advice.
